Iβm Tayla and I am a civil celebrant based in south-west Sydney. I deliver authentic, modern and personalised ceremonies with a fresh twist for couples who arenβt afraid to have a whole lotta fun on their wedding day.
When I am not getting lovers hitched, I am a wife, mum, tea addict, lover of personal development podcasts and a sucker for a good rom-com. My background in performing means Iβm not afraid of getting on a mic in front of a large crowd!

I like to think my superpower is 'βconnectionβ. I love taking the time to really get to know my couples and create real connections, so it feels as though your bestie is standing up there with you! Itβs just as important for your guests to feel warm and welcomed on your wedding day, so pre-ceremony, you will find me chatting with Auntie Sue, getting the guests pumped and ready, and making sure everyone is not afraid to let out a big cheer or shed some happy tears during the ceremony.

I have an undeniable love, noβ¦ PASSION for meeting new couples and people in general. I donβt know what it is but hearing other peopleβs stories lights a fire in my belly.
After getting married myself and having such a fun and relaxed ceremony, and feeling all the feels, I wanted to spread the love to other couples.
Iβve always had a love for writing and stories. I guess you could say I was a bit of a nerd in English at school. As a kid, I would always read a good book before bedtime and my favourite game to play at the dinner table was the βspelling gameβ. Yep, as I said, I was a bit of a nerdβ¦
ALL OF THESE REASONS WORK TOGETHER TO CEMENT THE FACT THAT I FEEL LIKE I HAVE FOUND MY TRUE CALLING, DOING SOMETHING I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! BEING A CELEBRANT COMBINES ALL OF MY PASSIONS INTO ONE. HOW DID I GET SO LUCKY?!
